The INSTITUTO DE ESTERILIDAD Y SALUD REPRODUCTIVA, S.C., (Institute for Sterility and Reproductive Health, ISRH) is a Mexican professional group exclusively devoted to resolve reproductive problems. The procedures and techniques employed allow the infertile couples to achieve the highest probability of pregnancy, since the group follows, with the highest ethical levels, the protocols developed by internationally recognized centers. Moreover, the ISRH has been honored with several awards by the Mexican Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
The staff is headed by Dr. Paolo Di Castro Stringher and Dr. María Cecilia Calderón Saldaña, but it also includes other specialists in reproductive biology, urology, andrology, endocrinology, genetics, psychology, anesthesiology, radiology and ultrasound. The skills developed by these highly qualified health specialists, combined with the state of the art equipment, is a guarantee that the best efforts will be made to determine the cause of the infertility and will propose the best alternative to resolve it.
The facilities of the ISRH include the Gamete Laboratory fully equipped for IVF procedures, two Surgery Rooms, the Sperm Bank, the Insemination Rooms, and the Main Laboratory. However, the most important asset is the personalized attention to the couple. Meetings, interviews, and psychological assistance to all patients ensure the best results always.
This professional expertise is complemented with a sincere and caring environment dedicated to you and your partner from the very beginning of your treatment. Every effort and concern is dedicated to you, our patient, to ensure positive results.

Academic activities The ISRH has always been present in every national academic event related to ART. With the purpose of expanding the information about sterility and its treatment among the interested public, we have published articles in major Mexican newspapers; we are also realizing monthly seminars and workshops. These are directed to the emotional aspects related to the reproductive process and sterility.
Our staff knowledge in the field is updated with the most important journals in the area and also by attending courses in Mexico and in the US.
We proudly made many contributions to Mexican journals and were awarded in the most recent congresses of the Mexican Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
